Greetings everyone,

My name is Mr. Politics (cheesy, I know), I am the founder of Let's Talk Politics. We are a bipartisan community for people who like to debate about politics and discuss all sorts of topics that relate to it. As you can see, I am still setting up shop and working to make sure everything is just as I visioned it to be. This process will not take very long. I expect that over the next few days I should be done. This does not mean we cannot debate current events. As long US politics still exist, so will debates on Let's Talk Politics. I'll go ahead and start some topics.

My vision for the site's future is critical to our success. Here is what I have in mind:

1. The template I plan on using once it is upgraded are these two:

1.
http://www.skinbox.n...ins/surface/110 (Default Skin)
2.
http://www.skinbox.n...ns/magnetic/115 Never mind about the skins, I found a skin that I used in the past that I like quite a bit.

2. Promotion is very important. I ask if you have any friends who are interested in this sort of stuff to get them to join LTP. Also, if you frequent any forums related to politics and whatnot, perhaps post a link in your signature to this site. In addition to this, I have $100 of free advertising with Google ads so I hope that will bring in traffic and new members.

3. The quality of discussion is extremely important here. If we act like children and are not willing to listen to others, then that defeats the purpose of the site. It is important tio stay on topic, and be respectful at all times. Posted Image

I look forward to a bright future for Let's Talk Politics and I think together we can create something really great! Posted Image

Cheers,

~Mr. Politics
